W.W.A.  GOSSIP

Hey Humanoids,   with the end of the Fourth of July celebrations you may think that the fireworks are over. Not in the W.W.A. It’s something about summer that seems to bring out the worst in many of the wrestlers. And since I have to deal with a bunch of hot-heads you can be sure that the explosions are just beginning . . . It looks like I’ll finally get a chance to fire someone. Big Boom Boom Lopez is one of the referees in the Tag Team main event. I’ve let him know in no uncertain terms that if he doesn’t call it right down the middle he’ll be fired. You’ll probably be seeing him for the last time in this match . . . Somehow it doesn’t seem right that a Canadian turncoat and the White Ninja from Asia are competing for the United States Championship but these are certainly strange days on the international front. At least the match will be using a true American device, a bull-rope. They’ll be tied together with the rope and it can be used as a weapon and they can’t run or hide. They’ll both be hurt in this one!

The Master

He’s a tough biker who beats people up and doesn’t care about his reputation. He also has great wrestling skills. Ax shows his opponents a variety of wrestling moves and then beats them up! Best of all they pay him for doing this! Originally from Calif, at 18 he left for the open road and never looked back. He’s always looking for the next fight because that’s what he likes best. When the leader of his gang told him he had to fight or he was out, he fought his way up until he was the leader. This is one man who doesn’t take any sh#%. You don’t want to cross him because the last person who did was tied up and dragged behind the bike for miles and left in the desert to die (allegedly.) He likes wrestling because he can beat the crap out of anybody he wants to, the fans love it unless he’s beating up on their favorite wrestler, and he gets paid. He learned the tough lessons of life early. He says the only way to succeed is to fight and never trust anybody. Since he came to the W.W.A. he’s backed up what he says. All of his opponents wear bruises from tough matches with him and their egos have taken a tough hit. He had a wrestling background as a kid but he was always being disqualified since he couldn’t follow the rules. He learned the moves but only uses them when it’s to his advantage. Everyone in the business has heard of Ax and most of them want to keep out of his way. In the ring he’s downright ruthless and will not stop until his opponent is an inch away from their last breath. When his opponent is hurt he just takes it up a notch. He likes to find out how much pain someone can take and then how much more. What’s ahead for the bad biker? "It doesn’t matter where I’m going or where I’m from. Everyone just needs to be concerned where I am." He’s in the W.W.A. and everyone knows it. He says he intends to rule the W.W.A. with an iron fist. Whether it’s in the ring or on the open road he leaves a trail of road kill with no end in sight. He is one bad-&%#ed biker who’ll continue the carnage.

Well fans, Four wrestlers who know each other all too well. Two referees assigned to try to keep order. A format that assures total mayhem. And the World Tag Team belts are on the line. Both Ed Farley and Boom Boom Lopez will be in charge and they have to keep control of the match. That’s like two sponges trying to clean up the Gulf of Mexico. Last month it looked like the end of E.V.I.L. Tag Team domination. Sonny Bright and Terrible Terri Kirk were handcuffed to the ringpost. Antonio Rodriguez and Little Joe C were taking complete control of the match and then Boom Boom Lopez interfered, trying to make a name for himself. This month Boom Boom will be one of the two refs and if he doesn’t call it right down the middle he’ll be fired. Sonny Bright and Shade will be defending the Tag Team titles against Antonio Rodriguez and Little Joe C. Four wrestlers competing and pinfalls count anywhere in the building. There will be a winner and both teams want it bad! . . . Antonio Rodriguez defends his World Heavyweight Championship, meeting Sonny Bright. This should be one of the best matches in recent history. They bring experience, contrasting styles and a strong desire to be number one. If these two are left to battle it out alone it could be one for the ages. But you can’t count out E.V.I.L. members Shade and Terrible Terri Kirk sticking their noses in the match . . . Big Latino Boom Boom Lopez takes on Shade and they can’t stand each other . . . Biker Ax continues to run roughshod through the W.W.A. and he says it’ll continue against Little Joe C . . . Look for the W.W.A. booth at the Dakota County Fair August 9-15th and the Steele County Fair August 17-22. This is a chance to meet and talk to some of your favorite W.W.A. wrestlers.

I’ll see you at ringside.
